  • What does the warranty cover?
    Using your best professional judgment, you will be able to warrant the structural integrity of your patients’ natural teeth for a period of 12 months. Before issuing a warranty you will need to carry out a detailed assessment of a patient’s teeth and dental health. Any problem teeth are ‘ring-fenced’ and excluded from the warranty until they can be repaired or restored, at which point they are automatically included. If a patient has any naturally occurring problems on their warranted teeth during the warranty period they simply return to your practice to receive the most appropriate treatment from the full range of NHS and private treatment options up to £3000 per year.
  • Can I promote the warranty to my patients?
    Yes - We encourage you to promote the benefits of your warranty to all qualifying patients. The warranty is simply your guarantee to put things right and is NOT dental insurance. Issuing warranties will provide an immediate increase to your practice revenue and bonds the patient to the services offered by your practice. This helps you to build better patient relationships and increases the value of your business.
  • How do I make a claim?
    Should the patient experience a naturally occurring dental problem during the warranty period, they simply book in with the practice for the repair, restoration or replacement work - No excess, No Claim Forms and No unexpected costs If your practice opted for to protect this risk by becoming an Insured member of the Certra Network, the bespoke insurance policy has been designed to provide you with cover for the cost of the above work. Claims are electronically presented through the Certra platform directly to the Insurers third party administrator. Eligible claims being settled within 7 days of each month end.
  • How do I offer the warranty?
    The Certra Dental Network will train issuing dentists and your support staff. We are here to help your practice ensure that your warranty programme is a success. We provide the technology infrastructure to launch, manage and grow a successful warranty programme. We provide access to suite of own brand marketing collateral, we share best common practices and success stories from other network members and you will also have direct access to a programme support manager throughout your journey.
